Billing questions
What counts as a seat?
Every member of a workspace, including the owner. Pending invitations are free until accepted.
What happens when the trial ends?
You choose a plan and add a card. If you do nothing, the workspace moves to the Free plan; nothing is deleted.
Can I get invoices with my company details?
Yes. Add your billing address and VAT ID in the billing portal; every invoice is available as a PDF.
How do I cancel?
Billing → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the paid period and can resume any time before then.
